IIM Bodh Gaya is the 16th member of the IIM family and is mentored by IIM Calcutta. IIM Bodh Gaya has moved to its permanent campus at Prabandh Vihar, Bodh Gaya and became the first third-generation IIM to do so. Indian Institute of Management, Bodhgaya popularly known as IIM Bodh Gaya, is the 16th IIM in India which has not only maintained an excellent placement record but also offers a high RoI. The institute charges INR. 5 LPA for its flagship management (PGPM) program, while the average salary package offered to its students ranges above INR. 11 LPA.

IIM Bodh Gaya has concluded its placement drive for the batch 2022 where 100 companies participated in the placement drive and recruited 184 students. The Highest Annual Salary increased by 73.41% which stood at INR 30.5 LPA whereas the Average Annual Salary increased by 24.49% which stood at INR 12.36 LPA.

The institute has released its placement report for the MBA batch of 2019-21 with a 100% placement record and despite of the largest ever batch size of 109 Students, the Average CTC increased to INR 9.92 LPA from INR 9.57 LPA in 2020 whereas there was 7% increase in the Highest CTC which stood at INR 17.3 LPA.

There is an increase in the number of recruiters as well from 50 last year to 86 recruiters in the current batch and top recruiters like TVS Credit, SBI General Insurance, Tata AIA, Tata Power, Suzlon Energy participated in the recruitment drive.

The institute has released its summer internship placement report for the year 2021 and more than 100 companies recruited the batch of 115 students achieving 100% placements.
