Established in 1995, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow has earned 25 years of excellence in management education while ranked 68th amongst Top Management Institutes in India by NIRF, 2021. Jaipuria Lucknow is AACSB Business Education Alliance Member and accredited with NAAC Grade ‘A’. The institute offers 2 years full time AICTE approved flagship PGDM Course in different specializations. For PGDM, Candidates are shortlisted by CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT score, followed by GD and PI round. Final selection is done based on Entrance Exam Score, GD, PI, Work Experience, Sports & Extra Curricular Activities, and Academic Record. The institute also offers doctoral level Fellow Program in Management (FPM) for which shortlisting is done based on written test, Work Experience, Research Proposal and PI.

JIM concluded its 2022 placement drive in March, 2022 with more than 98.5% placements. 350+ students were hired by reputed recruiters. 375+ recruiters visited the campus this year. Deloitte emerged as the top recruiter as it hired the highest number of students. The highest domestic salary package stood at INR 19 LPA whereas the highest international package stood at INR 27 LPA. Top 20% of the students received an average salary of INR 10.51 LPA.
