Both courses are related to the teaching field. But their training programs are entirely different. B.Ed is a Bachelor’s Degree in Education whereas D.El.Ed is a diploma in elementary education.
After successful completion of B.Ed, you can do a job in the public, private, and government sectors as per your areas of interest.You will get a chance to do a teaching job as permanent, temporary, part-time, or full-time it totally depends on your choice. Apart from that, you can work as Counsellors; Content Writers, Education Researcher, Education consultancies, Assistant Dean, Principal, Teacher, and many more.
